The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. Parking situation was awful; very tight spaces and hard to maneuver.

Great match for a cursory stop in Tybee Island with good value. Location was fabulous.

sea and breeze hotel and condo was a pleasant surprise. the location is great, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. the room had comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and a handy mini fridge. while the furniture was a bit worn, everything was clean and comfortable. not ideal for families, but perfect for a younger crowd.
Can't fault anything about it 🙂

I chose Sea And Breeze Hotel And Condo for its proximity to the Tybee Beach Pier and Pavilion, which I wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access, which was convenient for planning my excursions.
Room cleanliness was inconsistent.

Convenient location near beach and restaurants, updated rooms, central pool area.
Felt like at home, no complaints whatsoever.
